Donna started out working for larger brokerages and more corporate brokerages where she quickly realized the industry's need for shifting the focus from being all about the numbers to focusing on building substantive relationships with the people she served instead. Donna vowed that her professional philosophy - the Golden Rule - would be a canvas for her goals to build mutual trust with her clients and peers. Donna's philosophy has illustrated to all over her clients that a one-time sale means nothing compared to earning loyalty through devoted work.

This became a sign to her that it was time to establish her own boutique firm where she could pass on her culture of dependability to other agents eager to reach their goals with integrity.
