Johnson, Berg & Saxby, PLLP is northwestern Montana’s oldest law firm, with a practice encompassing much of western Montana and parts of eastern Montana. The firm is an AV rated law firm. All members of the firm are members of both the State Bar of Montana and the Northwest Montana Bar and are licensed to practice before all Montana State Courts, and most attorneys are also licensed to practice in both the U.S. District Court, District of Montana, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Montana. Some members of the firm are licensed to practice before a number of the Montana Indian Tribal Bars, including the Blackfeet Tribal Court, the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Court, Rocky Boy Tribal Court, the Fort Peck Tribal Court, and Crow Tribal Court.
