Separate governing bodies of each the Association and MLS. They are each charged with maintaining written policy to facilitate the day to day operations of the two corporations. Members are elected to positions of officer or state director or local MLS director. State & local MLS directors serve three-year terms. Officers serve 1-3 years. Bylaws: Made up of at least one director and other members. Their duty is for each corporation to review the Bylaws annually and determine when changes are required. They approve rough drafts and bring them to the Directors for approval. New members welcome.
