The Chocolate Affair is back again this year!
The date is Friday, February 9th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. The sponsorship amount for a business to participate is $50.00 payable to the Kalispell Downtown Association.
The Kalispell Downtown Association will take care of the posters, advertising, social media, and walking cards for voting. You simply prepare a chocolate treat to be given to visitors wishing to taste and vote.
This year, we are redesigning the walking card with a QR code for voting.
At the conclusion of the evening the digital tally will be taken for "People's Choice"!
One entry per person. The winner will be notified as soon as possible after the count, and we’ll promote it on our social media accounts!
One business wins the people’s choice award!
The winner receives $250 and will be included in a post event promotional asset.
On the day of the event:
Be sure to have chocolate samples available to the public. We expect to have over 1500 people visiting downtown Kalispell, shopping, dining, drinking, and tasting!
Consider offering sales, promotions or discounts at your establishment!
Once again, we are looking forward to this wonderful downtown event and bringing visitors into our wonderful community and your establishments!
Please send an email response indicating if you will be participating and then drop your $50.00 check in the mail by January 26th.
