At just 6 years old, Renato ScottiBelli began cooking at the side of his mother, a housewife from Naples, Italy, who was known for making the best dishes in town. Later, with the encouragement of his mother and father, Renato moved to the United States, where he would go on to share his family's classic recipes. He and his family went on to open Italian restaurants throughout Southern California starting in the 1970s and are excited and honored to be able to share their food with the Flathead Valley. The ScottiBelli family wish everyone a hearty "Buon appetito!"
